  • By using our services, you agree with the below terms and conditions. You also accept the waiver and release of liability agreement, please read everything below.
  • We do not accept dogs that display any signs of aggression toward humans or other dogs. If so, we have to notify the owner and separate them. An extra charge of 20 euro a day will be applied for special care and for an isolation room.
  • If your dog causes any damage to themselves, other pets, or property, you will be liable for all treatments, repairs, and replacements.
  • When dropping off your dog, please keep your dog on a lead until they are indoors safely. If you do not have a lead with you please ring us and we will bring a lead for you.
  • Please bring along the dog vaccinations records including kennel cough prior to arrival, otherwise, we cannot accept your dog.
  • If your dog has a medical condition you must let us know. We do our best to ensure the safety of your dog, however, if your dog falls ill in our care we will not take responsibility.
  • If your dog needs to visit the vet during their stay all fees are payable on collection date.
  • If your dog comes into heat while boarding with us, we will keep her separated from intact males. Accidents happen and we will not be held responsible.
  • A muzzle must be provided for any dog by Irish law.
  • All dogs must be fully house-trained or we cannot accept them. Accidents happen, but if the dog has recurring accidents then a charge of an extra 10 euro per day for cleaning expenses.
  • Your dogs may be photographed while in our care for use on social media, if you do not agree please make us aware.
  • Dogs must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months, we only accept intact males 12 months and below.
  • We do not accept dog breeds including American Pit Bull Terrier, English Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff， Dobermann Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd (Alsatian), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Akita, Japanese Tosa, or any crossbreed of any of these breeds
  • Large breed dogs must be assessed for suitability before any bookings are confirmed. Please contact us to arrange a visiting appointment.

You acknowledge that you are enrolling your pet in boarding services provided by Lina Liu in Dundalk (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cosy Dog Boarding’). You understand that while your pet is under the care of Cosy Dog Boarding, certain risks and dangers may arise, including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or death. You also understand that Cosy Dog Boarding may, in its discretion, refuse to accept or to continue to board any pet that appears to be aggressive, ill, or in any way poses a risk to other animals or humans.
In consideration of the services provided by Cosy Dog Boarding, and as an express condition thereof, you agree to assume all risks and dangers associated with the boarding of your pet. You hereby waive and release any and all claims, actions, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, claims for negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability, which you, your heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have against Cosy Dog Boarding arising out of or in connection with the boarding of your pet.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosy Dog Boarding, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the boarding of your pet, including, but not limited to, any and all veterinary expenses incurred by Cosy Dog Boarding on behalf of your pet.
You certify that your pet is current on all required vaccinations and that you have disclosed all relevant information regarding your pet’s health, behavior, and special needs to Cosy Dog Boarding.
You have carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this waiver and release of liability agreement, and you voluntarily and knowingly agree to be bound by its terms.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a Service Provider’s server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

Media
